We provide a clear 30-calendar day return window dating from the exact tracking arrival marker of your shipment. To satisfy compliance checks, returned framing systems and baby items must land back at our center in completely unwashed, unused, pristine states inside original boxing units containing all structural parts.

Customers bear all logistical transport fees and freight costs required to route oversized playards back to our facility. Initial transit invoice surcharges are non-refundable. If items arrive damaged or missing structural couplers, email our desk immediately at contact@kidgridshop.com for a free part dispatch.
